Third Quarter News 
(Summer 1999) The Full Moon on the 25th follows two day after the
Fall Equinox on September 23. I expect this quarter of 1999 to start
out with a bang in Washington. The media will be hot to cover our
children, the President and Hillary's run for the Senate. I see
Clinton as having a starring role this quarter. I am referring to
the tension that has been around for some time now, e.g., Clinton's
opposition to the Republican tax cut bill and Hillary's campaign
for the Senate. (This was right after the Columbine shooting.)

The Sept. 25th full moon brings into the open; issues of foreign diplomatic
relations and domestic disputes. I believe that there is a real threat
of foreign terrorism to diplomats, as well as, domestic terrorism
toward our children.
The safety of our nations's children is a top priority causing
tension on the Hill. The people of this country want to talk about
ethical standards that can positively effect our youth. some new
ideas are bound to be presented. The new Moon October 5th puts emphasis
on the work and discipline necessary to create the needed change
with our youth and our future identity as a nation. The voices in
Washington want deep transformations to occur, and will fight. Attitudes
are intense.
The entertainment industry is bound to be in the spotlight as
some point during this quarter. Could these two themes be related?
I anticipate some heated arguments will ensue. However, reaching
any agreements now will be difficult.
It is possible that a popular public figure, who is young , and
in the entertainment world is going to stand out now. For what reasons,
I do not know. We'll have to wait and see. (9.9.00 -- Jon Benet

It looks to me like our political leaders have been planning something
behind-the-scenes for a good portion of 1999. I have been watching
this all year. Ten out of the fifteen charts that I have studied
have this indication of hidden activity in the government. Approaching
the October 24th full Moon, these "behind-the-scenes" plans have
the potential of becoming known to the public. Then again, approaching
December 22, 1999. (9.9.00 Cyberspace Wars.)
An example of what I mean by this planning-behind-the-scenes,
can be found in charts leading up to the infamous bombing on Pearl
Harbor by the Japanese military whereby the United States was totally
taken by surprise. The Japanese chart then has similarities in respect
to the hidden activities for the U.S. charts now.
It is also possible that the hidden activity surrounds the campaign
trail. Lord knows there's plenty of secret planning there! Either
way, time will eventually shed light on the hidden activity that
seems so predominant this year.
My personal thoughts about this activity has me turning my attention
toward China and it's allegedly recent hacking of our top secret
computer files. Then, of course, coinciding with our accidental
bombing of the Chinese Embassy during the War on Kosovo. It would
seem that a covert plan would be imminent on the part of our government.
Another thought is that our country's "peace-keeping" mission may
be going out-of-bounds.
Between October 24th-26th expect more verbal wars between the
Republican and Democratic parties surrounding financial issues.
I, also, expect to hear more on the Republican platform. The Republican
Party wants to get in on the political act. The new Moon on November
7 ushers in the Republican Party. They may get the attention of
the nation, but their plans might be unrealistic in today's political
world.
The full Moon on November 23 carries a new theme about our liberty
and independence. A wound, perhaps? Also, the stock market looks
strong this Fall. Still, expect interest rates to go up, again.
Key dates are October 11 and Nov. 26-28. (Indeed the rates went
up!)

This quarter is strongly tied to the President. It looks like he is
going to come across with a very strong will. He has some new creative
ideas that he would like to implement, but they are bound to meet
with difficulty. The truly noble ideas will receive popular support.
I expect that there will be some verbal attacks that put him into
an uncomfortable position. He must act. He is bound to be in the news
quite a bit. I expect to see some mood swings. Also, expect more on
Hillary the week leading up to December 7th.
December 7-12, watch for more sudden outbreaks and surprises.
A potentially dangerous combination in the sky. Perhaps by year's
end we'll know more about what's been going on "behind the scenes."
On a more personal note, take time to be with your children, be
creative and enjoy social experiences. That's the Alternative Story!
