Fall 2003: Wake Up America! Hidden Storms Brew

7/11-8/09/2003) Prepare for a very, very busy fall, America. This quarter the American people will be interested in Bush and company. Americans will look for accountability as we head into the campaign season. There is a lot of hidden information this quarter. Of course, it makes sense when politicians are involved, but we are also coming into another astrological time frame for terror. There are situations and information that comes close to exposure the very end of August, but holds back until the first week of October. Historical moments begin at the end of August and blossom the first week in October. You may want to do your Christmas shopping ahead of time. Expect chaos and terror alerts this fall, 2003.

What can we expect for Fall 2003? The pulse of the people is around stressed relations. Bush is due for critical moments and criticism. [John Kerry on national t.v., "Bush f*ck'd up the war in Iraq."] American leaders are targets for weak moments in history. [Dec 19.03-Dick Gephart, "Pres Bush' economic policies are a miserable failure..."] All year the masses are emotionally stressed. If I were to paint a few pictures depicting the themes to develop for Fall 2003 in America, I would paint a picture of wives, husbands, children, mothers, and fathers waving goodbye to their loved ones and then -- the patient, self-sacrificing wait for their loved ones to return from the war zone -- alive. Or, a picture of the men and women fighting a war that increases by the day in October and November. Then, I would show Americans standing in front of the televisions, watching the wars amongst political foes all the while, anxious about terror stateside. If I could draw the picture of their faces as they slowly begin to realize that it is the common American who will pay for these wars for power -- with our lives, with our loved ones, and with our wallets.

Americans are rather blinded by confidence this fall and this puts us in a bit of a weak spot. Or, that the stock market numbers are questioned. Maybe we will discover that the real debt America has to pay for won't quite make it to Bush's lips during campaign season. Or, the real body count might be twisted to save a reputation or two. Or how about another terror attack stateside? The astrological data suggests that there is a good chance this quarter. [12.4.03. Whatever, Americans need to wake-up and smell the coffee because there is a lot of information going on behind our backs. America is in the dark as we head into fall. This war is far from over -- 2003 merely marks the beginning of a very long drawn-out war zone.

New creative statements from the fashion and entertainment worlds.

On a more positive expression, this is a great quarter to get involved in creative physical activity, like dancing, playing an instrument, making babies, yoga, pilates. Feelings are at an all time high. The urge to be creative is great. Religious outbursts as well as intuitive scientific break-throughs are all possibilities with the energy of the charts. New fashion statements are due for the American public. The entertainment business has some surprises.[Michael Jackson arrested on molestation charges.] Like Arnold Schwartzenegger and Gary Coleman running for Governor of California. All eyes turn toward Bush's cabinet and their ability to lead at the New Moon on September 25, 2003. [Rumsfeld note leaked to press, "We have completely lost the war on terrorism."] If we watch closely, Americans are likely to be ticked by upcoming foreign affairs and the economy this fall. President Bush attempts to maintain his reputation. Fair play and sense of values are important to the American people, yet unlikely. The whole truth hard to come by. There's a war zone brewing out there with each passing day it gets a little worse through November 2003. The last time we had similar aspects, President Bush Sr. visited newly re-elected Venezuelan President Carlos Perez Rodriguez. Bush asked that more diplomatic pressure be placed upon the Sandinistas (see www.infoplease.com). The US has interests in the oil-rich nation that is currently run by Hugo Chavez, a friend to Cuban dictator Fidel Castro.

It will not only be Bush that faces a difficult quarter. American leaders in general face one kind of a crisis or another at this time. Accountability to the people may very well be an underlying factor. American ambassadors struggle with an increasing war zone, e.g., Afghanistan, Iran, and Iraq. Somehow Donald Rumsfeld and Colin Powell are part of this fall's developing crisis, as their Suns are in a powerful degree to that of Bush and The Declaration of Independence. In other words, expect a story involving Rumsfeld and Powell. By the way, this story is just beginning to develop and by July of 2004 we will know the Full Monty! The last time American leaders faced the upcoming astrological data was in 1989. Oliver North was convicted in the Iran-Contra Scandal. And, Manuel Noriega, a CIA operative, was hunted down in Panama by the U.S. for a double cross. All these stories depicted a time where Americans became more aware of the weaker and more vulnerable sides of being an American leader.[CIA operative leaked by someone in the White House- Spygate.]

American big business leaders are also likely to face vulnerable moments. [Haliburton, Martha Stewart] From experience I have learned that it is usually one breaking story that sets the reputation for everyone else in the business. For example, when the Enron story broke, it mushroomed to a wide-spread investigation that included Arthur Andersen. I'm currently interested in environmental and energy policies of the Bush team, and wonder if a can of worms is going to be opened in time for the elections?

The last time we faced these aspects was when the Exxon Valdez oil-spill in Prince William Sound occured. Will there be another shipping accident that puts leaders under fire? [October 15, 2003-Staten Island ferry accident kills 10]

Other leaders that may come under weak moments would be Homeland Security where these leaders face open terror threats stateside. The astrological signature supports terrorism stateside for Fall 2003 -- end of August or toward the end of Fall 2003.

The last time we had a signature for terrorism like what I see for fall, was the spring and summer before 9/11. The fall chart indicates that there are terrorists here, in this country.

The following dates indicate hidden activity in the works stateside. For example, September 8, 2001 was the date I gave for the September 11 attack. Can you imagine what the 9/11 terrorists were doing on September 8, 2001?

Please note that these times explain activity that is being kept from the American people. So, it will not only be Al-Qaeda terrorists. It could be hidden plans by Homeland Security, or campaign tactics not ready to surface. Astrology usually speaks on many different levels simultaneously. Spying is 'in' this quarter. August 2003

August 19-21 historical moments. A hidden act involving transportation and/or communication. Internet scuffles [8/13/2003 - Internet worm hits 188,000 systems worldwide], [8/20/2003 - Sobig, Fastest-Spreading Worm, Infects More Computers]; stock break out, explosions [8/16/2003 - Bush praises Russia over role in international missile sting]. This story is likely to really get going first week in October. A side note -- Independence day for Afghanistan is celebrated on August 19. [8/15/2003 -- Blackout largest in U.S. history]

September 2003

September 9-13 -- This one makes sense, it is the anniversary of 9/11. Secret service, police, Homeland Security will be out in full force. I would be more concerned for October 5-8 and 12-17.

October 2003

October 5-8 a story or situation that was due to break at the end of August finally makes it to the news. October 12-17 -- Now this is as close to terrorism aspects as you can get for the fall. October 23-30, the President faces criticism, a death threat, his ratings, and his health in question.[Bush may need surgery on knees, is unable to run.] The lives of a few American leaders may be in danger. As well, American leaders are likely to be in a covert mode. [Bush travels to Philipines to support antiterror measures. Is unable to land in a few places because of death threats.]]

November 2003 [CNN, 2.03.04. Ricin sent to White House in November 2003.]

November 2-18. 2-4, 11-12, 18-19, 23-27. These dates reflects the chaos of the whole fall time frame. All these dates reflect a tremendous amount of attitude and explosions. Things are going to really heat up. [Congress does a two day sit in to pass medicare bill. Democratic Senator Ted Kennedy refers to them as "neanderthals."]] This is good month to exercise restraint. Anger is in the air. You may want to exercise in order to use this energy in a positive way. There will just be a lot of energy going around -- watch for injury due to the excessive use of energy. When Mars, Jupiter and Pluto connect we can usually count on explosions. The last time that we had Jupiter in harsh aspect to Pluto was at the time of the bombing of the USS Cole in 2000. These two will be in harsh aspect beginning this September and will dance around through January 2004. On or about November 12 resonates to the bombing of the USS Cole. On or about November 24 an attack could be successful.

December 2003

December 1-2, 8-9, 15-17. The political arena is in full blossom. [Gore endorses Howard Dean, 12.9.03] Powerful situations are happening. December 8-9 has similar aspects to Uday and Qusay's death. Who will they catch next? [Saddam caught officially 12.13.03]

Forecasting astrological terroristic time frames is a science and an art. Please remember the bell- shaped curve and allow a few days on either side. Now, the weakness is that terrorism forecast is that this forecast can be described using the same key words as covert operations, e.g., hidden activity, aggressive acts, surprise attacks etc. This quarter, I believe that we should all be looking at the stock market. Terrorists need money to support their campaign.

All Eyes on Presidential Campaign!

What a political campaign this is going to be. It's a hidden information war. It is what is NOT said, rather than what IS said. Bush's reputation on the line right in time to kick off the campaign season. American people should be reminded that Bush is going to be wearing a few different hats this quarter -- one of president, commander and chief, maintaining family reputation, and also, a presidential hopeful. Obviously, a lot on his plate to weigh.

Fall aspects put Bush in front of the American people. There is gridlock between the president and his partners. It looks like diplomacy hard to come by. The economic topic is due to be a hot one. So far, NO weapons of mass destruction have been found to justify the war. The United Nations weakened by the Bush administration's decision to go to war. There may be a hidden plan to take Bush and company all the way to the supreme court. Legal and foreign issues are up and coming. [Supreme Court rules "no change" in campaign finance reform-12.9.03]

Relations are always difficult on Capital Hill, but this time it will be over finances and the economy. How are we going to pay for this war? There are angry, explosive moments brewing all around this quarter. Someone is going to have to be the fall guy, much as Oliver North was in 1989. Who will it be?

The Bush team is hot on Saddam. Boy, it would certainly help Bush's ratings if this manhunt was successful. Well ... I don't see that happening this quarter. The astrological data does not support finding him now. Bush's ratings are changing. [Oops! :-)] [Gallup pollNovember 10-12 Bush was at a 51% approval rating- near historical low. After Saddam approval ratings began to raise.]

The current cry is that America is not safe. The truth may be hard to hear. President Bush is a Cancer. A Cancer Sun does not like to hear about compromised security issues. (Why, what do you think that shell is all about for the Cancer crab? My goodness!)

War aspects permeate. These aspects also have to do with verbal arguments that go around and around and around. Include internet scuffles. The Bush administration may begin to realize their limitations with foreign affairs. His political opponents have a trump card this quarter. That means terror threats and presidential hopefuls will be feasting their eyes on the vulnerability of the leadership.

This quarter is full of surprising stories developing behind closed doors with the truth yet to come out -- honesty hard to come by. Bush has some tough enemies that are watching from behind the scenes. This fall he begins to face much criticism and many restrictions. Bush may be quick and sudden to anger during this time. He may even be hardest on himself behind closed doors -- all this takes a toll on his health.

The political wars are going to be in full swing as fall sets in this 2003. Honest statements from Bush are few and far between this fall.

This is a busy, busy time for everybody around the world -- almost too much going on, so rest up. The mood for the fall is around political chaos, diplomatic tensions, secrets and vulnerable moments, a hidden terror plot, and/or another scandal involving corporate American leaders. History will be made this quarter. Leaders all over the world face a very chaotic and difficult time the remainder of this year, as well as in to next year. October and November are critical time frames. The charts this quarter are showing much more compromised values than usual.

Americans want justice and a sense of values. I don't know if that is what they will see and hear this quarter. Relations are obviously tense and very real. Bush's luck is about to run out this quarter. America's reputation on the line. American diplomats trying hard to change the world's view. Expect heavy fighting (verbal and physical battles) and major hidden acts. There is a story yet to unfold for big business. Big businesses around the world deal with weak moments. Corporate leaders go behind the scenes to make it work.

And finally, I am finding it very hard to gather the astrological data in support of Bush winning 2004 elections. There is mounting astrological data that says this is it for Bush. His opponents are going to feed him to the wolves.

- American farmers are due for a tough season.

- Clinton gains more public notice in 2004.

- Areas to watch are: Iran, Saudi Arabia, Tokyo, Japan. East Coast of Australia, e.g., Brisbane, Sydney deal with a crisis. Around Sept 3, 7-8-9, 17. Could be weather.

- Terror warning for Australia for November 10-11, 17-18, 23-14. A crisis for leaders. These aspects could also have to do with violent weather. New Zealand is vulnerable, could be loss of life.

- Difficult weather patterns season will be in full bloom this year.

- Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez's days are numbered with or without a vote.

- Tony Blair is out of there!
