Concerns 2.16.01

(February 16, 2001) What has me concerned from Spring 2001-02, is that three out of the four seasonal charts have the 12th house foreground. I can translate this a couple of different ways. There is one obvious manifestation of this particular configuration, which is, that this is a new presidency working on new plans behind the scenes that are not ready to come out yet. Anyway, it looks stressful. Agreements may have to wait for awhile.

Then, there is another possible manifestation which says, "This nation is vulnerable." In 1999, ten out of the 15 charts I studied had 12th house activity like what I am seeing for this year. It was later discovered that: 1) China and Russia were hacking into the Pentagon's computers, stealing military secrets; 2) There were spies discovered in the White House; 3) An Arab was caught coming over the Canadian border from Washington -- he was carrying explosives meant for this country. Now, it does not mean that these exact situations are going to happen, but please look at these examples as themes likely to develop this year. (2.22.01 -- CSPAN, NBC, ABC, etc ... American FBI agent is found guilty of espionage -- all agents to be put under scrutiny and testing.) (3.22.01 -- NPR News -- 6 Russian diplomats are being sent back to Russia in response to Hensen's alleged spying for Russia.)
